Pokémon League provides a nearby place for you to get together with other fans of both the Pokémon Trading Card Game and the Pokémon video games to have some fun. Using your own cards and Pokémon DS games, you can play, trade, and even earn cool prizes! The best part is that you can do all of this with other Pokémon players who love collecting and playing just as much as you do. Even if you dont know all the rules of the game, at a league you can learn game basics and, in no time, perfect your strategy! Joining a league is the best way to get started and build your skills to compete in Pokémon tournamentsfrom Battle Roads all the way up to the World Championships. Pokemon fans of all ages are welcome to come play, learn, and have fun in a safe, friendly, family environment.
This League will meet at the Fishers Library in the Center Meeting Room on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month from 1:45-4:45 p.m. Registration is not required but is requested. Please Note:
* Adult supervision is REQUIRED while your child attends league
* In order to participate in league, your child must have the following:
** A 60 card Pokemon deck
** Pokemon Battle Damage Counters, a coin, and/or a set of dice
** A box/case/pouch/container for holding the above items
* The league will attempt to provide a limited number of "Starter Kits" for interested players. The cost of which is $15. While supplies last. If you would like to "reserve" a kit for your first attendance of league, please email Professor Kevin at: fisherspokemonleague@gmail.com for more info.
