This department is responsible for:

• assisting patrons with finding information or adult materials via phone, fax, Ask Us Online!, or in person
• placing items on hold and/or transferring adult materials between buildings
• collection development: selecting and maintaining adult materials in the following categories:
  • fiction
  • nonfiction
  • reference
  • paperbacks
  • magazines
  • DVDs
  • books on CD
  • music CDs
  • downloadable audiobooks and ebooks
• online reference databases
• interlibrary loans
• Indiana room
• book discussion groups
• adult programming
• test proctoring
• mobile outreach services including delivery to daycares, preschools and homebound patrons
