Would You Like to Present a Program at the Hamilton East Public Library?
The Hamilton East Public Library strives to provide programs and events that educate, entertain, and engage the residents of Fishers and Noblesville. We value the talents and gifts of those in our communities and encourage performers and presenters to share their expertise.
To ensure equal opportunity for all presenters, we require everyone to complete the program proposal below.

Rules & Regulations
Library programs are planned at least 90 days in advance.
All presenters must provide at least one professional letter of reference.
Submission of proposal does not guarantee that you will be selected for library events. Should your proposal be selected, library staff will contact you directly.
We will keep all proposals and reference letters on file for two years.
