The Board of Trustees of Hamilton East Public Library will meet in Executive session on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 4:00 pm in the Administration Conference Room of the Noblesville Library at 1 Library Plaza, Noblesville, IN 46060 to discuss the job performance evaluation of a specific employee as authorized by IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9).
The Board of Trustees of Hamilton East Public Library will hold a special meeting on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 6:00 pm in the Second Floor Program Room of the Noblesville Library at 1 Library Plaza, Noblesville, IN 46060 to discuss and/or approve:
1.) issuing an RFP for fabrication of exhibit materials for the expanded Indiana Room/Crossroads Discovery Center
2.) issuing an RFP for Strategic Planning
3.) The volunteer process for Request for Reconsideration appeals.
If the meeting will be available via Zoom due to the electronic attendance of any member of the Board, that information and a Zoom link that may be used by any member of the public will be posted here no later than 6:00 pm on February 2, 2023.
