Good Vibes Jars | Kids Ages 8-12
Thur. 5/18 | 3-4pm | NOB
Decorate your Good Vibes Jar and fill it with self-affirmations to read whenever you’re needing some good vibes!
Read to a Therapy Dog | Kids Ages 5+
Sat. 5/6 | 11am-12pm | NOB & Sat. 5/13 | 11am-12pm | FIS
Bring your favorite book or choose one with the help of a librarian and spend some time reading out loud to a special furry friend!
Sip and Study | Teens
Tues. 5/16 | 3:30-6pm | NOB & Wed. 5/17 | 4-7pm | FIS
Come study for finals in the TeenZone and get a free warm beverage to fuel you! We’ll have coffee, tea, and cocoa available while supplies last.
Neurodivergent Teen Hangout | Teens & Their Caregivers
Thurs. 5/4 | 6-7pm | NOB
This program is an opportunity for neurodivergent teens to hang out, do an activity, and connect with their peers. This month will feature stress-friendly crafts. Lower lighting and KultureCity Kits (which include fidgets and noise reducing headphones) will be provided.
QPR: Suicide Prevention Training | Adults
Wed. 5/17 | 6-8:30pm | NOB
QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer—the three simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. People trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.
Dementia Friends Community Info Session | Adults

Dementia Friends info sessions are a brief but impactful way of learning about dementia, understanding and appreciating the perspective of someone living with dementia, and having the knowledge you need to better communicate and interact with those living with the disease and their caregivers.

Virtual Tai Chi Flow with Christine Bhe| Adults

Enjoy this beginning Tai Chi class from home to engage your mind and energize while stretching and moving your entire body. Tai Chi has been shown to improve balance, strength, mood, mental acuity, chronic pain, and other health conditions.
