Open Enrollment Season
It’s Open Enrollment Season! Here are some helpful dates to help make sure you’re covered:
- The 2019 Open Enrollment Period runs from Thursday, November 1, 2018, to Saturday, December 15, 2018.
- If you don’t act by December 15, you can’t get 2019 coverage unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.
- Plans sold during Open Enrollment start January 1, 2019.

You can sign up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at HealthCare.gov. You can also call 1-800-318-2596, any time, any hour, and a trained representative will help you enroll.
What is the library doing to help?
Library staff are not certified to assist customers in completing the application or enrollment process, but can provide technology assistance in using the library’s public computers and printers. No library card is needed for computer access—just stop by either location!
