Hamilton East Public Library Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on the 2021 budget at 4:15pm on Thursday September 24, 2020 in the Children’s Large Program Room on the lower level of the Noblesville Library, 1 Library Plaza, Noblesville, IN. The regular HEPL September meeting will follow in the same location at 4:20pm. After the regular meeting, the Board will meet to discuss strategic planning at 4:45, also in the same location.
