POLICIES

Meetings rooms not being utilized for HEPL programming are available on a first-come, first-served basis to organizations that meet the required criteria. Space is subject to availability, yet every effort is made to accommodate as many groups as possible.

Your group must authorize an individual to make reservations on its behalf, using the online reservation system, and take full responsibility for any damages and/or cleaning charges.

When making your reservation, please allow time prior to your event start time to set up the room to your specifications. Tables and chairs may be rearranged, but must be returned to their original set-up.

Important Notice

On October 1, HEPL will be migrating our events calendar and meeting room reservation systems. During this time, patrons will be unable to make any new meeting room reservations. Please note: All reservations made prior to October 1, and taking place in the month of October, are still on our calendar and will be honored.

Our updated meeting room reservation system will be back and better than ever by the end of October, and you can come back and make reservations again at that time. In the meantime, our study rooms are available on a first come first serve basis and there are numerous seating areas throughout our buildings.

Thank you for your patience as we work to provide patrons with a much-needed, updated, and user-friendly events calendar!
